Cindy Crigler (Brand and Advertising Manager): Cindy is a marketing specialist who joined the NWFA and Correct Toes team to help spread the Correct Toes and natural foot health message. Cindy, who has a massage therapy and marketing background, has helped expand Correct Toes’ reach throughout the US and around the world by fostering strategic partnerships with healthcare practitioners, athletes, publications, organizations, and companies. She coordinates the Correct Toes presence at sports events and health fairs, and finds speaking opportunities for Dr. Ray and other team members.
Lindsay Botz (Office Manager) is originally from Chicago and now lives in Vancouver, WA with her family. She left a career in restaurant management to follow her passion and work in the health and wellness field. Her duties and responsibilities help to ensure that the clinic is always running smoothly. However, Lindsay’s main job is being a mother to her three beautiful children. Aside from work, Lindsay enjoys hiking, running, yoga, cooking, and Oregon’s wine country.
Robyn Hughes, ND: Dr. Robyn is a naturopathic physician who specializes in natural foot care using the same principles and treatment techniques as her mentor, Dr. Ray. Dr. Robyn generates Correct Toes educational material for online and print publications, and she represents Correct Toes at various events as a guest speaker. She is also a co-founder of NaturalFootgear.com—an e-commerce website offering natural foot health products and information—and offers various foot health classes in Asheville, NC.
Camden Allison-Hall: (Medical Assistant) Camden grew up in Eugene, OR and moved to Portland after graduating from the U of O in 2013. His fascination with the human body and its functions has grown as he has been working to improve his athletic performance on the ultimate Frisbee field. He’s been playing ultimate since 2008 and currently plays for Rhino, a Portland men’s club team. Camden is also the strength and conditioning coach for Rhino, as well as Schwa, a Portland women’s club team. He loves the parallels that he sees between training ultimate Frisbee athletes and helping patients/athletes here in the clinic. He’s excited because he firmly believes both of these jobs will improve his ability to do the other. He enjoys camping, reading, cooking, and being active.
Sarah Young (NWFA & Correct Toes Director of First Impressions): Sarah enjoys welcoming patients to the NWFA clinic, managing our customer service department, and assisting customers and patients with a variety of questions about Correct Toes and healthy footwear. Sarah has her Masters in Counseling and uses her people skills to help patients and customers all over the world navigate their way through the natural approaches to foot health that we promote here at NWFA & Correct Toes. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys staying active by doing yoga, Pilates, and body toning classes. She is also a self-named foodie, so any local restaurant recommendations are warmly welcomed!
Christine Pooré (Wholesale Account Representative) Christine is originally from Virginia and is a southern girl at heart. As a wholesale representative, she will do all she can to make sure you feel well taken care of and that your orders are processed smoothly. You can rest assured that you are in good hands with her years of public relations experience and her strict attention to detail. She enjoys baking artisan pies, covering all her food in basil and French electro swing music.
Keylie Lavoie (Correct Toes Packager) Keylie is from Scappoose, OR, and graduated from Scappoose High School in 2016. She is a big Oregon Ducks fan and loves reading. In her spare time, Keylie is actually working on writing her first book! She also enjoys camping and spending time with her family. She is excited to be a part of the Correct Toes team.
Zeus Smith (Patient Coordinator) Zeus graduated from Reed College with a degree in Political Science and came to work at Northwest Foot and Ankle to pursue his interest in health and personal wellness. A lifelong vegetarian, Zeus is fascinated by the way our seemingly small health choices can have far-reaching effects. He enjoys long-boarding, reading, and making terrible puns. His proposed slogan for Correct Toes: “From toe to heel: Toe-tally heel your feet!”
